What is on-demand production?

On-demand production means that all items are made especially for you when you place an order. This is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. As an independent artist, it also enables me to create and offer customers a much wider variety of products to choose from than if I had to carry inventory. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and supporting designed and made in Canada products!

How long does it take to make the items I ordered?

Because all products are made to order just for you, it can take around five to seven business days to produce the items. Production times vary depending on the product. If you order more than five items at once, add three business days per six items ordered. You will get an email notification when your order is being processed. Once produced, your items go through quality control which takes an additional few business days or so. From the time you place the order to receiving it, it can take up to three weeks.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, shipping is available to all provinces and territories in Canada except Saskatchewan and Quebec. Shipping outside of Canada is also currently not available.

How are my items shipped?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel from Montreal. It can take up to seven business days to arrive at your door once Canada Post has received your order from our supplier. Depending on the product and destination, Express Post is sometimes more economical. If it is, there will be no extra charge to you and you will get your product a bit sooner! You will get an email notification when your order is being shipped. You will be able to track your package once in transit. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $15 on all orders under $300. Orders of $300 or more get free shipping. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Can I return products I ordered?

As the products you ordered are made on demand just for you, all sales are final unless there is a defect with an item. Please use the online contact form to report if there is a manufacturing issue with a product you have received.

With the clothing, sizing charts are included in the product descriptions so be sure to check those closely before ordering. Returns cannot be made for items that don't fit due to choosing the wrong size. Like all of the ARTaylor Artworks products, clothing is made on demand just for you.

When will I get a reply to my question(s)?

Emails will be responded to as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours as ARTaylor Artworks is a one-person business. Your patience is appreciated!
